Ship Welfare Visitor Course

The Ship Welfare Visitor Course online is offered by the UK Merchant Navy Welfare Board and seeks to equip seafarers’ welfare staff and volunteers with a basic appreciation of protocol, security, and safety and issues relating to port facilities and visiting ships. All those belonging to the Merchant Navy Welfare Board (MNWB), the International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN), the International Christian Maritime Association (ICMA), or the North American Maritime Ministry Association (NAMMA) are welcome to register for this course.
